At Reco Surfaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your wall panels or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the surface panels you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain flat and undamaged during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our quality control department for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team confirms the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
